Super easy, grab-n-go breakfast item. You can add any type of toppings or fruits you see fit. This version is with 3 types of fresh berries.

Ingredients

1/4 cup - uncooked rolled oats
1/3 cup - skim milk
1/4 cup - non-fat plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp - ground flaxseed meal
1 tbsp - wheat germ
1 tbsp - raspberry preserves (no sugar added type)
1/3 cup - raspberries, blueberries & blackberries (I usually measure them together to make 1/3 cup Total)

Directions

In a (1 cup) jar, add oats, milk, yogurt, flaxseed, wheat germ and preserves. Put lid on jar and shake well until well combined. Remove lid, add fruit and stir until mixed throughout. Return lid to jar and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 - 3 days. Eat chilled.
