I'm 5 8... starting weight 3 yrs ago 195
Current weight 146... size 4.. Very proud to be able to say that I've kept off the weight for 3 yrs.
Currently working on the last 8 lbs ... doing Insanity and loving/hating it depending on the day!!0 -

I really wish I knew how to post pics but you can look at my gallery.
I am 5'7" started at 165, currently 134.
Started, size 12 currently size 6-8
I have reached my goal weight but if I went to 130 it wouldn't hurt my feelings any.0 -

. I am 5 '7 1/2 and have lost 110 pounds, going from 248-138ish. I am hoping to finish around 135....but am fine with where I am currently (I almost can't believe I can say that)...

I'm almost 5'6" (5'5.5" lol)
My highest weight was 190, in 2005.
Start weight this year was 177.4
Current weight is 152.6
Hoping to lose 10 to 15 pounds more...i'm kind of playing it by ear because my lowest weight after having 5 kids was 140, and I don't know how I would look if I tried to get under that.0 -

before I hit 170, so I did. I changed my eating habits
