My before and most recent after pic is visible <
. I am 5 '7 1/2 and have lost 110 pounds, going from 248-138ish. I am hoping to finish around 135....but am fine with where I am currently (I almost can't believe I can say that)...

I have a success story posted at the following link which shows bigger before pictures and my "afters" from 8 pounds ago...

    http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/619751-what-a-difference-a-year-makes-101-pounds-and-pics

    Hope these help someone :)

    This thread is so inspiring!

    I'm almost 5'6" (5'5.5" lol)
My highest weight was 190, in 2005.
Start weight this year was 177.4
    Current weight is 152.6

Hoping to lose 10 to 15 pounds more...i'm kind of playing it by ear because my lowest weight after having 5 kids was 140, and I don't know how I would look if I tried to get under that.

years ago I was 168 lbs. I had to do something

    I'm 5' 5.5" so pretty close.

    SW: 160 lbs

Just over a month on here so I think that's pretty good! Progress pics are in my profile - I can't access my Photobucket for some reason.
