Celery

Since celery is a negative calorie do you think we should log it down? We burn more calories actually eating it then we do taking in. So why bother? Why isn't it listed under exercise so we can show what we burned?
This is more of just for fun conversation. Of course I know why it isn't listed under exercise.

That is a common myth. It is very low cal. Do what you wish but I chart everything but H2O0

Right! I want to know what I burn through out the day and and manager said why log celery0

Most of the time I just log it. Regardless of whether the whole "negative calorie" thing is a myth or not, you're not going to hurt yourself by not logging it, but for me it's more a principle thing. Nothing goes unlogged.0
