Hi, did anyone see the tv program last night Horizon: Eat, Fast and Live Longer? What do people think about this?

I did and Im trying it today. I did a mini detox last Friday and Saturday (soup, salad and fresh fish). I felt rubbish on Friday (a lot of that was jealousy at the knowledge of others tucking into pizza!) but saturday I felt ok and Sunday I felt amazing. I ate normally Sunday and Monday and still felt good. Havent weighed myself yet though!0
