I'm thinking about doing a group Insanity work out tonight, BUT i'm nervous b/c I haven't really be too active lately. Just walks and an occasional zumba class ... Do you think i'll be able to tolerate it, or am I going to totally out of my element and just miserable & discouraged ?!?

I'm in my 6th week of Insanity. I'm not going to lie- it's tough! But you can take it at your own speed and be okay. I don't know about doing a group class, but I'd definitely try it. If it's not for you, you'll know after tonight. Don't try to keep up with everyone else and you'll be fine. Good luck!0

Go!! You can modify it to fit your needs. If they do 60 seconds of a move, you can do 15. Just pace yourself in the beginning! You'll see, even the people in the video can't do it all!0
