I started cycle 2 of 30 day shred and WOW!! is it just me or is it way harder than level 1? I was feeling pretty good at the end of 1, now not so much with level 2!! :sad:

    The Planking was killer. It's not just you, it is definitely much harder. Stay with it, it will be worth it. Good job!

    It is harder, but only because they are new moves. Think about how much stronger you already are from Level 1 - you'll be rocking Level 2 in no time!

    I started level 2 yesterday, and wanted to cry around the second plank move! I couldn't believe how much harder it was then level 1, and I pushed through horrible shin splints through 5 days of level 1.

    Jillian Michaels is a beast, but damn that woman has given me amazing results so far! I'll keep pushing through with lots of complaints :bigsmile:

    Thanks girls...I am keeping on keeping on. I already feel skinnier but haven't lost a whole lot of weight. I just FEEL better and that makes it all worth the while!!:wink:
