    Did you have any problems with skin after losing all the weight? You look young so maybe it was not an issue.
    Well thankfully the loose skin is minimal. I'm 30 years old, and I think what helped out was that I incorporated weight training along with the cardio. So it helped tighten things up a bit.

    Yeah your arms look pretty tight and very nicely built up <3, no issues there! Great work - what you did took a lot of dedication and hard work.

    Tell me what you did. I want to pass this info along to my grandson who is 23 yrs old and weighs a whopping 400 lbs. I feel so sad for him and I know he doesn't feel good about himself. He does no exercise and sits around playing video games all day long. Not good. I want to help him get started so any advice you can give me will be appreciated.
