Insulin Users Please help me.

I'm starting tomorrow and need to lose 4 stone, being on 2 high insulin shots a day, can anyone please help me, with tips or advice. as i'm struggling.

    I normally do not advocate any set diet plan, but I think you may benefit from a low/reduced carb plan.

    There is a diabetic, prediabetic, insulin resistive group on here. They will have advice. IMO as a nurse you need a balance of exercise, food and medication so you should consult a dr and a dietician.

    ^^^ Sometimes your insurance will pay for this too if you are diabetic. My mom is as well.

    You'll have to say more to get useful advice, to be honest.

    How many grams of carbohydrates do you eat per day (can you open your food diary to the public ?)

    How tall and light are you now. Do you do exercise - if so how much of what. Is your daily life active, sedentary, etc.
