I really need to go food shopping tomorrow, and am in the process of writing my shopping list and thought i'd ask you lovely MFP people what your 'Top 3 favourite healthy foods' are?
(Apart from fruit, veg, chicken/lean meats/lentils as they are all on my list already).

Just my opinion. I also eat Greek Yogurt, toast, pasta, ice cream, cereal on a daily basis.0 -

If you are not low carbing, 100% whole wheat bagel thins are awesome! Also Danon nonfat plain yogurt to use in dressings or sauces. You can strain it yourself and save a bunch of $$ over buying thicker processed "greek style".0

absolute favorite: citris non fat, light yogurt mixed with fat free low cal cottage cheese... Its like a dessert, my grandma use to make. Only the healthy version.0
