    Black beans (when I buy the cans, I rinse them off in a colander to reduce the salt content)
    East Wind Peanut Butter Organic Smooth No Salt (I have that on rice cakes with a little flax sprinkled on top for breakfast)
    Spinach (I can find a way to incorporate spinach in to just about anything!)

    absolute favorite: citris non fat, light yogurt mixed with fat free low cal cottage cheese... Its like a dessert, my grandma use to make. Only the healthy version. :)
