    7 months... I was stuck in a plateau a lot!!! ... one thing I would advice u is not to overdo anything... you wont get results; when it comes to diet or exercising!
    This is so true. Your body is smart, and its main priority is survival. If you engage in chronic behavior such as extreme calorie restriction and insist on burning 1500 calories during exercise, your body has safety mechanisms in place to slow down every single process in an attempt to reserve energy stores in case you ever experience a real famine.
