Tiffany Rothe workouts..logging help please :)

I've just started adding the Tiffany Rothe workouts to my routine and I'm loving them.The only problem is i'm not sure how to log them,dancing or aerobics? I normally do the get your sexy back and 10 min booty shaking waist workout.If anybody could share their experiences/results etc.. I would appreciate it :D

  • I just started the workouts today, it was awesome, not so tiring n fun, i logged it as aerobics low impact, im not sure either
  • I've been doing the 10 min one for about 3 weeks now and I love it. I've just started her other workouts. Idk how you would record them though. =/
