Nice job everyone! I'm an avid runner but still trying to lose a little weight like anyone else. I wanted to let you know about a great app I use called WalkJogRun (For the iPhone). It tracks your mileage with a GPS and also you can see week to week and month to month how many miles you've done. I thought it would be beneficial to you doing this challenge.

Well, since I just started here I'm not sure of what I am capable of doing, I will commit to 30 minutes of walking 3 times per week to get me started and find out how far I can go.0
