Ok so I have a question and it sounds pretty stupid....
Lets say I went over in my carb intake today.. Will extending my cardio help me burn off those extra carbs?

Cardiovascular training is good for burning excess calories and if you wanted to target those calories in the form of carbs (glucose) higher intensity / short duration training should do the trick0

Agreed. Cardio is a good way to burn excess cals. Where they come from/what type of cals they are doesn't matter a from a big picture weight loss standpoint.0
