    I would recommend buying the Couch to 5k app if you have a smartphone--has the plans and audio prompts to let you know when to walk/run and you can play your own music over it.

    I have the app but want to know how to log the exercise on here... there aren't any exercises logged for c25k

    oooh sorry. Do you have a HRM? I would just create an activity under your exercise and log the cals burned from your HRM or estimate from the treadmill. Or log as jogging/walking intervals, that is how I did it

    Using a HRM is best but if not, log how may minutes you walked total at whatever pace then how many minutes you jogged total. That's what I used to do before I got my HRM.

    I log it as running/walking since I'm still in that stage. Just divide it by how minutes you walk and how many minutes you run.
