    30 day shred is a work out video by Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser. It's about 30 min routine with warm up/cool down. Really powerful and challenging.

    There are a few groups where people do the 30 days together which really helps too.

    THIS IS PROB GONNA SOUND STUPID ..BUT HERE GOES THANX 4 THE INFO ,....BUT THAT JILLIAN CHICK IS ANNOYING,I'D RATHER WRK OUT TO BOB,MATTER FACT I THINK I'LL SWITCH THINGS UP A BIT AND DO HIS DVD 2MORROW! BUT THANX ANYWAY!:smile:

    Agreed.. its a great DVD for quick results but after day 2 you will have the sound down and some music on :D

    I have the one that Claire from Steps did. I love it you really feel the workout the next day :-)
