New member, love the site

Hey everyone. I joined this site a couple weeks ago and I have to admit, I really enjoy logging on everyday. I'm 26 years old living in New Jersey. Currently 179lbs, with my target goal to 165. Earlier this year I was at 200... yikes... so I've been making progress. Got set back from April-June when I dislocated my shoulder - I was limited to say the least.

I like the site because having a food diary, exercise diary, forums, etc really make you become accountable for your health and well-being. My exercise routines consist of 30m cardio, 30-40m weights. For cardio, I alternate running 3 miles & elliptical. Weights usually consist of some type of fast paced high intensity circuit training. It's definitely working, but I definitely wouldn't mind seeing other routines. I may start back up the Insanity program - I just finished my 5th week when I dislocated.

Anyway, feel free to add me... I love when people give advice and encouragement. That's what keeps me motivated.
