Boot Camp question.

I've been doing this Crunch: Boot Camp Training workout video for a while now and I've been classifying it as "Circuit Training" in my exercise diary. However, I've been wondering lately if I'm classifying it correctly. The workout consists of hand-weight training, ab workouts, cardio, lots of push ups, and leg work.

Does this sound like circuit training to you guys?

    yup. Best bet though is to use a heart rate monitor to be certain of your burn.
  • Yeah...I need a HRM, but I'm a poor college kid so I can't really afford one right now. :laugh:

    As soon as I get back to working I'll be able to buy one, though.
