Clean diet and work out daily

Hey Everyone,

If you have a clean diet and work out daily I want to see your diary! I do the same and my diary is open. (I mean those of you that DON'T have under 1200 calories on your diary)

Just looking for good ideas. :)

    I eat well MOST of the time, and I exercise everyday add me

    i haven't been the best logger recently but take a looksee at mine - i am a 1300 (+ workout calories) girl, but i focus more on ratios than calories...

    Feel free to check mine out! I'm at 1800 cals per day + exercise cals. I eat pretty clean except for some supplements (protein powder and pre-workout).

    I'm not sure of what you'd consider eating clean but I mostly avoid processed stuff? And I definitely work out daily :)

    Eating clean is pretty much staying away from overly processed food and tries to eat food that falls into these categories:
    A person that eats clean generally practices the following:

    Eliminates refined sugar
    Cooks healthy meals
    Packs healthy meals
    Makes healthy choices when dining out
    Drinks a lot of water
    Eats 5-6 small meals per day
    Eliminates alcoholic beverages (or significantly limits it)
    Always eats breakfast

    I have some slip ups, but i'm generally trying to stick with this.

    I'm with ya! Feel free to check out my diary.. I tend to eat very similiar things throughout a week so feel free to jump around week to week.

    I run 4-5x/wk for 20-25min and I lift 5-6x/wk for 45-60min.

    I try to eat as clean as I can (minus protein powder/vitamins) and am at 1600 cal/day right now. In a bit of a month long plateau so looking for ideas to shake it up!

    you can check my out, try to eat healthy most of the time
  • I work out 6 days/week and try my absolute hardest to eat clean. I stick around 1500 calories/day, depending on the day.... my diary is open!

    P.S. I make most of my food and plug it in the recipe calculator, so if you wanna know what's in something, ask!

    Bumping this thread til I start adding my own food diary...but, agree with the post above. Also, do you all actually work out 7 days a week?? I only do 5...need my rest days!!
  • I generally eat clean (for the most part), the past few days just haven't been pretty...haha. I just started this account back up though, so I should have more stuff in my diary to come. :)
