Anyone else start the 30 day shred August 5th?

I do the 30 day shred. How are you all logging the calorie burn? I didn't find it in the database. I am new to myfitnesspal so I wasn't sure if I wasn't looking in the right place. Thanks!
You can log it as circuit training. I actually started the Extreme Shed and Shred DVD today. I couldn't find my 30DS so I got something else. I did 30 DS last year and loved it!0 -
I started yesterday, but I haven't weighed myself this week because I've been exercising about 5 times a week for the past month and it's been so depressing looking at the scale... I hope it's muscle :-(

I started 30-Day Shred on Sunday - would love to talk to others who are doing it.
I do this and then Rodney Yee's "AM Yoga" right after. I need Yoga to balance out after the hyper-disco blast of Jillian Michaels' workout.
If anyone here wants support, add me as a friend. I could use some support, because this DVD is pretty hard for me, even on Level One.0 -

Today was my 4th day.
I have lots of steel in my left arm from a car accident and the muscles and tendons were feeling the strain, so I took it easy with that arm today - but it is definitely getting easier to do Level One! I feel encouraged about something for a change!
Hopefully, when the time comes to switch to Level Two, I'll be ready.
Would love to hear how others are doing, too.0 -
I started on 8/2 even though its the 8th I just finished day 4 I took a few days off because of Aunt Flo....i thought I would need to start over but I did todays workout without stopping even for a second and I feel great so I will carry on and just pick up where I left off I plan on doing 10 days of each level with no more breaks....ADD ME!0

So I did Day 4 yesterday and my endurance for the cardio seemed slightly down but I was tired as anything yesterday but some of the squats seemed easier a bit lol. My thighs only hurt a little today so I am hoping tonights work out is the best yet. The thing is I am still walking/jogging at lunch too so by the time I get home I am more tired but also I rent out my basement so I can't be bouncing around in the early am before work.0

I'm on day 9 of level 1, I started on the first. It's really kicking my butt ! I'm already seeing my body change, so it's totally worth it! Add me if you like, I could use some friends to motivate and some motivating friends. :happy:0

Hi, I started the Shred workout, Jillian M's on August 4th. I have not lost but maybe half a pound, but now I am starting to watch my calories more closely so I am hoping to see results. It's a tough workout, especially the cardio, that is my weakness. I do like that it is short 30 min. Keep it up and I will do the same!0

My friend and I are starting the 30 day shred tomorow. Not really looking forward to it but have only heard good reviews on it. Wish us luck.0

I am ahead of you guys as I started it on the 31st and did the last day of level 1 today. As you can see from my profile pic, I am already seeing some results.
I have lost 4.8lbs so far, and I'm loving it. Dreading the high impact moves of level 2, but I will push through it!
ETA: I am not doing any other exercise, just the shred, and I quit soda cold turkey about 11 days ago.
Day 5-6 were easier and the last two days were easiest by far.0 -
I started on the 5th, but I'm only alternating it in between my other activities, not going straight through. I'll only be on my 3rd night tonight, since I'm rotating it throughout the week.0

For those who have asked: the 30 day shred is a workout by Jillian Michaels.
There are 3 levels, the intent is to do each level for 10 days.
it is a 20minute workout that combines cardio and strength training.0 -

It is the first workout DVD I've done in years and I'm loving it. I weighed in at 127 last Sunday and I have already lost a couple of inches around my waist.0 -
