How to track your food when eating out?

I will be attending a 2 day seminar next week where meals are included/taken in the hotel restaurant. I am worried I won't track my food intake accurately.
Any suggestions?

In this case, take each ingredient in whatever you eat and log each one separately. Since you don't know the exact amount of each ingredient, you'll kind of have to guess.0

I didn't log what I ate but I did notice that I wasn't going crazy. I stayed with the healthy stuff and watched my portions - it was buffet at every meal for 2 days. Talk about temptation!0
