    I am 5'0" too! I just started with MFP without a game plan as of yet... Hoping to get some inspiration and guidance from fellow pals. My CW is 154.2 and my goal is to get to 110-115.
  • Hey!
    I'm 5'3. I just joined today.. hoping to go down from 159.5 to 125 (or more!!). Any advice for a newcomer like myself? (workout routines, meals, snacks?) I also am wondering about ideas of healthy meals on a budget (I'm a college students and am stuck with campus food or limited money for groceries) Any advice is helpful!! :)

    Everyone's success is really motivating! I really hope I can stick to this and lose some much needed weight!

    I'm 5 feet 0. My SW (Sept. 2011) was 161.3 lbs (gulp)! My CW is 118.9 lbs (yay)! My GW is 110-115 (getting there)!

    I have been on MFP for several months now and have only befriended people I know personally. Now I'm ready to make some virtual friends! Any other shorties out there???

    I'm 5'1. My SW was 128, CW 124. My goal is 110. I feel like I have hit a plateau now, I've been stuck at 123-124 for weeks. Not sure what to do to drop the rest of the weight. I recently have started lifting weights every couple of days to see if it works!

    Hi I'm 5'2", my SW was 190....I had gotten to 160 but then gained some weight back....my CW is 171....my mini goal is to get to 150...but my ultimate GW is 130

  • wow. youve done absolutely fantastic. Ive only just joined...Im a shortie, 5ft 2 and ahalf (that half is sooo important to me haha) I weigh 150pounds and want to loose at least a stone. Well done to you. How longs it taken?

    I'm 34 years old, 5' 0" and I would be satisfied to be at 150 or under, but to reach a healthy BMI 150 isn't going to do it. I just ran a Marathon at 187lbs in June, very proud of my accomplishment but thought to myself, "I'm not doing another full Marathon until I'm under 150 lbs."
