If your pee is clear what does that mean? Doesn't it have to be yellow for weight loss? If it's clear does that mean you're not flushing any fat out of your body?

    Urine doesnt' flush fat out of your body, it's a way of excreting the toxins your kidneys process. If it's clear, that means you're drinking enough water to dilute it - that's a good thing.

    Fat doesn't flush out with your pee. It's used as an energy source when you maintain a calorie deficit.

    Clear to light yellow pee is good. It means you are getting enough water. Darker pee can be a sign that you are not getting enough water, as well as other problems.

    It means (as has been said) that you're getting plenty of water! It also means that you may not be getting enough B vitamins.

    Mine is also very pale, Typically, the healthier you are, the lighter your urine. But it should have some colour (pale straw) keep an eye on it as you may be over drinking. Check with your GP in a few weeks if its still the same thou.

    Clear = good and hydrated.
    Yellow = you're dehydrated and need to drink more water.

    I am a proud member of the PCC-Pee Clearly Club. Clear to light yellow is fine, anything darker you need some agua!

    OMG! Hydration 101 here... clear urine = well hydrated darker less. If you wizz rust slam a quart of water ASAP. More hydrated the better the fat burning power your body has. Did you not play any sports?

    Interesting fact: Your fat isn't pee'd out, it's breathed out - as in CO2.

    Very yellow pee is also showing you've gotten more than enough Vitamin C and your body is flushing what you don't need. If it's orangy-yellow, oy, drink some water!

    I've had hot sweaty days where, by 3pm, I'm peeing actual dust - that's a bad day!

    Some of the supplements you take and vitamins you take can also turn your pee yellow/almost green looking. You can drink a million gallons of water but some of the stuff you take in, can cause your pee to change colors.
