Any p90xers in here?

Starting p90x, day 25, and I feel like I'm not doing something right.
No weightloss, minimal to no measurement change.
Doing all of the workouts and keeping my heart rate in the burn zone during.
Eating 1600-1800 cals daily. What to do?

    How much have you improved since day 1 ?

    When I did my P90X circuit , I didn't even come close to finishing day 1 but by day 30 I was able to finish almost all exercises.
    If this is the case I can assure you that you've developed muscle along the way. Just keep at it you're only 25 days in.

    Also have you been measuring at the same place consistently ?

    I've been hovering around 170-175 the past 3-4 months but have dropped 2 inches in my waist. The scale can be very tricky !

    Give it time. How did you come up with that calorie daily max? Depends on how much you want to loose. Also what kinds of cals are you taking in? Lean proteins (fish, chicken, etc.) and healthy complex carbs. Lots of fruits and veggies.
