    Would you believe I didn't find it challenging enough? Can you imagine the deep water exercise I did was only challenging in that I found it hard to stay up right and not tip over sometimes?

    Have you tried the the free weights and lifting heavy ???

    sometimes I miss all the comments on my wall...I have too many friend coments...ha

    I have not tried the deep water exercise

    what i do is in shallow water and we do alot of jogging in the water which is hard
    and alot of resistance work
