hello everyone- i thought i should say hello
i'm breda and look forward getting to know everyone better
my weight was always around 11stone- but gave up the *kitten* and settled into life and hadn't realised i had let things get so out of hand- steped on the scales last summer and i was 13stone and 5Lb's... so i have been trying to lose- actually went over the top- reduced a little too much- started restricting- so now- although i have 10Lb's to lose- i want to do it in a healthy manner....
so now i am caught- i want to lose the last of the weight- but in a healthy way
so i am here- looking to get to know everyone better and support others as best i can

a little about me- i am 27
i am getting married this year
i work full time as a nurse
i am doing specialist course at the moment- nearly finished
no kids- just 2dogs
