    You will be just fine. I used Hal Higdon's training plans before and the were awesome! And no shame if you have to walk/run it. Just go out and have fun:)

    10K is about 6.2 miles right? You could do it NOW if you wanted to if you are running 4 miles easily! 6-7 weeks is plenty of time. That's about what I run on my long run days and it takes me between 60-75 min depending on the hills, heat and all that.
  • yeah i think this one is actually going to be a hilly one :) very challenging. i actually have about 5 weeks!
