if it fits w/in your calorie/macro goals, drink it however you want. personally, i mix a scoop of vanilla protein powder into mine instead of creamer.0

Starbucks French Roast Keurig pack with 2 T Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup and a splash of skim milk. Over ice. Yum. I've actually been liking this more than Iced Skinny Vanilla Lattes made by the Starbucks baristas lately.0

Back in the day I liked it with lots of cream and no sugar. Now I have to drink it black because I follow the Paleo diet, no dairy. I tried it with non-dairy stuff like coconut milk (which curdled, gross) and almond milk, which had no flavor, so just black. Pout! small sacrifice!
this is not a bash but an honest question: how is it that dairy does not fit into paleo but almond milk does? seems our ancestors were more likely to have milked a wild cow than to have processed almonds into "milk".0 -
I put sugar free Swiss Miss packet in mine to 8 oz of coffee.0

Coffee!!! I love coffee. I like it with cream and sugar, but when I'm focused on being healthy I mix it in my chocolate Shakeology. It's actually really good!!0

Before I started using this site I drank a double double almost daily... sometimes more eeek! Them I realized that a large Tim Horton's (old large, now medium) coffee had 230 calories in it ahhhhhh. So I cut out everything and drank it black for a while. Then I realized putting a little milk and one sugar was not that bad, so now I have one0

Double shot latte made with 2% milk or whole milk if I don't make it myself at home. I'm one of the crazies who relishes the flavor fat adds to most everything and walk or exercise so I'm allowed to enjoy it with no regrets.0

I watch mostly sugar, not calories. But I have 2T Cream and 3 Truvia.0
