1-2 raw eggs mixed in with my cardio day shake. Weight days 2 whites 1 whole scrambled with 1/8 cup of spinach! Yumm!!0

Over easy, sunny side up, scrambled! Never boiled, poached and I detest deviled eggs! My mom used to poach eggs for breakfast on school days! I will never eat a poached egg for the rest of my days!0

Actually, I love em every way possible, just whites, just yolks, whites and yolks, fried, poached, scrambled, hard boiled, and Eggs Benedict is OMG! It is a very rare "special occasion" indulgence.0 -

Usually hard boiled. I'm really picky about eggs and when they are hard boiled, I know for a fact they are cooked all the way through. But there's nothing better than dipping your toast in the yolk.
Nothing better, for sure! I like 'em fried crisp but still over-easy (I used to do that in bacon fat) with a side of buttered wheat toast to dip into the yolk, and a side of hash browns to mix all of the egg whites into, plus Frank's hot sauce over the whole ensemble.0 -
Sometimes I'll eat them over, with the yolk hard, but most of the time it's egg whites with some low fat cheese and Sriracha.0
