Greetings! What suppliments are you taking? Comments? Good, bad, should any be added, deleted?

Fish Oil gel caps
Flax Seed gel caps
Glucosamine
Vitamin C
Centrum Silver 50+

    I taken biotin and B12. Sometimes iron.

  • I take:
    Calcium - 1200mg
    Fish Oil (Omega 3)
    Hair skin and nails - 3000 biotin (but there spendy so I just take 1 even though a serving is 3.)

    ~ Gotta love vitamins. ~

    I take too many to list. Seriously. All doses considered it's probably 60+ per day. I'd list them all but most I am sure you have never heard of,
