How many calories are burned from doing her workout one, and how do I find that information in the future?

A heart rate monitor will give you an accurate indication. The amount burned is generally different for everyone. You can log it on as circuit training on myfritnesspal, but I found it was really inaccurate compared to what my HRM logged.0

a heart rate monitor is good
I burned about 400 calories today but tomorrow I could burn 334 or something similar0 -
It really depends on how used to the workout you are, how in shape you are and how much you currently weigh. I weigh 128 and am pretty used to doing it, so I only burn about 130-160 on level 1. You can try googling it to see if other people your weight have posted their calories burned using a HRM0

I've done it before a long time ago and I logged it as "circuit training"0

And most people on here log it under the database exercise "circuit training, general" It calculates the calories burned based on your weight.0
