I came across this recipe not too long ago, and thought I'd share!
Serves 2:
6 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
3 T liquid egg whites
1/2 scoop protein powder
1 t baking soda
1/2 cup flour (I used AP, if you use wheat maybe up the baking soda because they can get really dense!)
A few T of milk (I used soy, but I'm sure you can use anything!)
Optional - a dash of vanilla/cinnamon/etc
Just mix all ingredients together and cook! They cook REALLY quick, and if you let it sit too long they'll go flat. I had mine with banana and a little bit of PB c:
Per Serving -
Cals - 213
Carbs - 28g
Fat - 1g
Protein - 20g
Hope you enjoy!

thanks for sharing! You can replace the flour with oats too, if you're so inclined0
