    I wear my clothes like i'm in the gym, i mean my shoes, shorts and t-shirts to be comfy and support in every level.

    I'm totally shoeless for anything and everything I can possibly doe shoeless. I wear shoes on my stationary trainer, but just because the bike pedals hurt my feet if I don't. I typically exercise on carpet over cement. It may make you more sore in your calfs to begin with, but in the long run it's worked out just fine for me. I've completed many rounds of P90X and Insanity, with lots of jumping, with no problems.

    Yes. I do...it hurts my feet if I dont. On the (very) rare occasion I do yoga, then I wont wear any.

    yes when I first started I did not and the one I do is Jillian Micheals and all that jumping hurt my feet. Guess it depends what you do but for me YES.....

    I hate shoes. LOATHE THEM. I always workout barefoot. Doesn't matter if its weightlifting, hoop dancing or cardio.

    I'll do strength training without shoes, but anything that requires a lot of moving around or jumping I'll put on shoes for.

    I only wear trainers for the gym bike. For moving around the room even for HIIT stuff, I wear socks on the carpet. I'm hoping to reduce my electricity bill with the amount of static I'm generating. :o)
