    Thank you for posting your pics... you look amazing! I asked a question today on the fitness board about the best way to tone up my wobbly bits. I was beginning to think that at 50 it would be too late. You've shown that it's never too late. If I don't get to a gym I'm definitely getting a serious DVD plan going. Thanks again x
