Hi! Tonight, i ate indian food and I ate a way too much calories ![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
I was wondering... if tomorrow i train a lot, do I eat my 1600 daily calories or do it eat a little more considering my training?
I don't know if you follow me.. i would like to train tomorrow for what I ate tonight..
Thanks for your answers!

I have on occasion "robbed Peter to pay Paul." I would eat your base calories tomorrow, but not eat back your exercise calories. I wouldn't make a habit of that, but used sparingly, I think it's a good method of balancing things.0

I would eat less and exercise more the next day..and maybe eat below calories a second day. That will balance it all out. It is day after day of cheating that adds up..or not compensating for one big slip up that puts pounds back on.0

Thank you very much for your answers!
Finaly, last night, i put a kick boxing dvd and did some exercise, and I'll complete today
But as you say, I won't do that too often!!
