Hi! Tonight, i ate indian food and I ate a way too much calories :(
I was wondering... if tomorrow i train a lot, do I eat my 1600 daily calories or do it eat a little more considering my training?
I don't know if you follow me.. i would like to train tomorrow for what I ate tonight..

Thanks for your answers!

I have on occasion "robbed Peter to pay Paul." I would eat your base calories tomorrow, but not eat back your exercise calories. I wouldn't make a habit of that, but used sparingly, I think it's a good method of balancing things.

I would eat less and exercise more the next day..and maybe eat below calories a second day. That will balance it all out. It is day after day of cheating that adds up..or not compensating for one big slip up that puts pounds back on.
