water retention

I wake up in the morning and my fingers are puffy and takes awhile to go away. Also when I come back from walking, the same thing happens, I am always way under my sodium limit. I drink between 8-10 glasses of water a day. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks:frown:

Could you be stressing yourself with TOO MUCH water?0 -
I had asked my doctor about this a while ago, he said it was normal.
Here is some information on it from livestrong.com
