For an audiophile like myself this is soooooooooooo hard....
No particular order.
1. The story is in the soil...-Bright eyes (I can not listen to it for years, but when I do I always get something new from it and it's created much inspiration in my own art)
2. Unplugged- Nirvana (my go-to sad album. Much inspiration from this one as well)
3. L'avventura- Dean and Britta (I can never tire of it. It's dreamy, atmospheric and the lyrics are fantastic. Reminds me of New York).
4. Leaves in the River- Sea Wolf (Just all-around favorite, pure poetry and amazing composition. So many good memories)
5. Little Earthquakes- Tori Amos (the album of my teens/early twenties. Still know every word and it's always been a go-to singing catharsis album, it never fails to make me feel purged and cleaned)
6. A cross between Franz Ferdinand's 1st album and Interpol's 1st album both for the same reason: Sexy as hell and my favorite make-out music. I HAD to include them =]0 -
