Breakfast Ideas

Hi guys
I'm sure this has been gone over and over, but...
I work an office job where I am on the go a lot in the mornings, with not a lot of time to prepare a breakfast. I'd love to find some recipes that I could make batches of that I could then pick up a portion of each morning (eg healthy breakfast muffin or something?)
I don't want to rush my food down before I leave the house as I have an irritable bowel which is worst in the mornings and could mean me missing my bus, so I tend to leave the house without eating and eat at work, where there is only a microwave. I've had enough porridge as I can stand, esp in summer, and cereal bars seem to be calorific or not filling.
Any ideas/recipes very welcome
Thanks in advance
Martha

i've been unemployed since december and am starting a new job monday (YAY!!) and i've been coming up with ideas of things to do in the morning since i plan to do my workouts before work and wont have time to cook anything.
here are some things i've come up with. these should each end up about 300-400 calories
1) crustless quiche (eggs, ground turkey, spinach, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese) + fresh berries
2) protein smoothie : water (or iced coffee), protein powder, half frozen banana, frozen berries (if i dont use the coffee) + side salad
3) boiled eggs+ baked sweet potato + side salad or fresh berries
all but the smoothie can be prepped in advance and heat up while in the shower0 -
Thanks a lot for your help I am going to try and make my own crustless quiche-lets today in a muffin tin!0

I like to cook bacon or sausage with scrambled eggs and wrap them in a tortilla. You can make a half dozen and freeze them, then you can pop them in the microwave. They're about 250 calories depending on the wrap you use.0
