Could anyone have a look at my food diary and analyze last week? What am I doing wrong? I allways eat under the caloric level , yet almost always go over one or more of nutrients. If it is fiber I don't worry but when it is other things? The only day when I almost met my caloric limit was when I went crazy with proteins. Any sugestions? How should I modify my diet/ btw, the one I have now is not making me hungry at all.

looks like you're doing fine - change the goals so you have more protein and less carbs 50 - 100g of protein is OK for most people as a starting point. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/change_goals_custom0

Oh thanks! It makes tones of sense
I changed my proteins to 60 and will see how it goes

You don't eat enough protein, you don't eat your exercise calories so some days you have net under 1000 cals. And I don't know what Vienna sausage is but I question any type of sausage that's only 37cals per link?0

http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/sausages-and-luncheon-meats/1394/2 I think. 16g! It's a tiny piece.0 -

:laugh: It's a tiny piece of hotdog, like 2-3 inches long. Might still be questionable, though.
I think your food looks really good! Going over on fiber and protein is fine. MFP default on protein is pretty low, which you have already adjusted. I don't know how tall/big you are but agree that you should try eating more.0 -
Love that you're eating tons of veggies and fruit! You might wanna consider adding some lean protein at night, but it looks pretty good to me overall. Keep it up and the scale will respond in time.
@Tavistock- you haven't lived until you've had a Vienna sausage!0 -
Really and truly...the less you have to lose the longer it will take. Eat healthy cause it is good for you, be active and you will see changes. Be sure to do measurements not just scale.0

You look good to me too. I never worry about going over fiber and protein. If I go over carbs/sugar, I look at where that's coming from. Looks like yours is coming from fruits and vegetables. I agree with others, increasing protein won't hurt you none and try to hit the net calorie goal of at least 1000-1200 eating back your exercise calories. You don't have your water tracked so I don't know how much you're getting but I would only add make sure you get at least 8 glasses.
Looking good.0 -
Thank you all. I agree about eating back the exrecise calories. I totally tend not to do it and it is wrong.
And about vienna sausages, here is the link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vienna_sausage . Good quality vienna sausages (not canned like those on the photo) are really lean !0
