A very brief introduction

Watching the Olympics has made me remember that I was supposed to be losing weight/body fat...so, here I am.

28, male, a slow 5k runner and a convert to Jillian Michaels DVDs (with the sound off - sorry), I've managed to lose/reposition 24lbs over the last 10 months, and now I'm looking to up my exercise and tone/reduce body fat.

I don't really know how the friends thing works on here, but if you want to help out a cynical, sarcastic young(ish) chap, go ahead. I'll take all the help I can get, and I'll be very nice to you and be as supportive as someone on the internet can be.
