I am sooo lazy. I just feel drained all the time.

Are you drinking enough water? Getting enough sleep? Eating enough protein? Taking a multivitamin?
I think less than 7 hours a night, not enough water and too many carbs/not enough protein - I feel terrible - almost hungover.
When I get sleep, drink my water and eat a decent amount of protein - I have so much more energy!0 -

Vitamin B complex.
Some caffeine if you do drink it.
3 nutrient rich meals. Don't starve yourself. Proteins, complex carbs and fats, all are good if portioned right. Plus, at least 2 clean snacks.
And once you get into the habit of exercising, you will have even more energy. I promise.0 -
Have you had your thyroid and iron levels checked? That could be the culprit. Otherwise, same as above and also lots of vitamin C and kelp.
Maybe you also just need a break. Can you go on a vacation for a few days?0 -
Thank you all. No i do not get a lot of sleep, i only drink water and i am starting to take vitamins. I will talk to my doctor0

If it's something that's been going on a long time and is really affecting your life in a major way, I would see a doctor about it.
