yoga/stretching while still in bed

I do 30 minutes cardio six days a week in the am0

Stretching/yoga. Then a brisk walk. wear tennis shoes to work, park FAR awaym put your dress shoes on inthe office!0

Whatever you like best and will do most consistently. No sense trying to take up something you hate and then fighting with it / not doing it half the time because you don't enjoy it.0
