    Vitamin C 1,000 mg
    Glucosamine Sulphate 1500 mg
    Co-Enzyme Q10 120 mg
    Multi Vitamin

    I have a very high cholestrol level so take a big bunch of statins which can affect your heart so this is countered by 120 mg of Co-Enzyme Q10
  • Iron, Calcium + Vitamin D, soluble Vitamin C + Zinc. Also drink several green teas, and sometimes a general multivitamin.

    Orange Triad multivitamin and joint support.
    Protein powder, usually Universal nutrition or any other good brand that is on sale when I need it.
    White flood pre-workout
    Fiber
    Fish oil.
    BCAA, just switched from purple wrath to xtend. Better flavor and mixes much easier.

    i eat a balanced diet. and only supplement with glucosamine for my joints.

    Vit. D3, 2000 IU's
    B12
    Calcium/Mag/Zinc
    Glucosamine/chondroiten
    L-carnitine right after a workout
    Just curious as to what supplements everyone else is taking?????

    I take a womans gummie multi- vitamin and I just started drinking a whey protein powder
