    Wow! Amazing! And I'm glad you mentioned the fact that it was a 2 year transformation, because that really shows all those impatient people who want overnight results (and I can be one of them, sometimes!) that there is no quick fix solution - it takes time, determination and hard work. You have done brilliantly!

    Great work!!!!! you have reallly come a long way. I would love to be in shape the way I was in college, on swim team. 2 years of dedication seems right.

    thanks everyone, i appreciate all the kind words

    i've only seriously been doing this for about a year now, the first year was kinda an experiment but did help me realize somethings about my body

    hoping to have even better results in another 2 years

    3 year transformation coming August 2013! Lol
