does everyone out there include their veg when addin up their calories and how big is a cup.

I count everything that goes in my mouth even if it doesn't have a calorie amount. Measure your veggies in a measuring cup for serving size.0

Yuppers, everything that's put in my mouth, I count. I'm not seeing drastic weight loss, but I "feel" better and that it's actually working.0

Good point - liquids too. A glass of juice can be 100+ calories easily...
And veggies do have calories too, just not very many... but they add up!0
