*A male athlete can consume up to 6500 calories a day!!!
* Leg tapping or fidgeting can burn up to 300 calories a day!
* You burn more calories sleeping, rather than watching tv ( so instead of tv and if you are to lazy to exercise sleep instead!!)
Those are just some fun facts to help in the weight loss process!!!

I recently started marching in place when I am in the kitchen doing tedious jobs that don't allow me to move around a lot, like chopping veggies, washing dishes, etc. Hey, every little bit adds up!!
