The simple NSVs.

I am loving my body more and more each day.

I only have 15lbs to my goal weight.

I wear size 12s (UK). Size 12s!!!

I have come so far.

I am no longer embarassed when sitting down because my belly looks so much smaller.

I feel like a normal sized human being.

My face looks better.

I dress up nicely every day now.

I take pride in my appearance.

I am slimmer than I have been in over 3 or 4 years, I believe.

The body I have wanted to regain for years, so much so, it physically hurt, is now within reach.

I am strong.

I am successful.

I am bloody amazing.
