    Wow! Thank you all SO much. I'm sitting here at work and I'm actually getting choked up from all fo these comments. The outpouring of support is amazing. Thank you. Someone asked me how much I'm down now. I'm right at 260. Honestly I don't know how high my weight had gotten. I stopped weighing at 365. Based on how my clothes fit at that time I'd say right around 385. My wife says 400 but I don't think I ever got to 400. I'm not really sure what my goal weight is. I have a number in mind but I honestly just want to be happy with how I look. I'm very close.
    Thank you all again. I really appreciate it. Your comments and encouragement are the things that keep me going!!

    Dear Beast,

    Your story is an inspiration. And, yes you should be a speaker about the progress. Personally, when I hear someone who struggles, I think... if they did it, I can do it too. It means so much more to folks that are trying to lose weight, when it comes from someone who wore the shoes they do.
