(Hopefully they post)....I've always been a yo-yo dieter and finally got a clue that I needed to make lifestyle changes in order to be successful at this...I buckled down and made my mind up in 2010 and never looked back. It's been hard; I'm human and everyday isn't perfect, but I strive to get back on track asap and work at it. Hope this inspires someone..Good luck to you all!

    If you change all of the URL and IMG to img your pictures should work :)

    No like you had it before so [img][/img][img]the put the photo url in the middle of the words img with the brackets:)[/img]

    You look so fabulous, tone, strong, sexy, ..... every good word I can think of! What type of lifting program did you do? Something of your own or a particular program? How often are you working out and what type of workouts (i.e. all strength, cardio mixed in, etc.) Sorry for all the questions, but........You're a total inspiration for all of us!
